iMIS Consultant

ISG Solutions, LLC has an immediate opening for an iMIS consultant to help our clients migrate from iMIS 2017 to iMIS EMS Enterprise (iMIS Cloud).

Reporting to the Vice President, your primary focus will be to work as a part of our iMIS consulting team where you’ll be expected to develop creative solutions for our iMIS customers. This includes working on iMIS projects, responding to help desk support tickets in a timely manner, and migrating clients to iMIS EMS Enterprise. This job will require knowledge of how associations operate as well as strong problem-solving skills to implement creative iMIS solutions that satisfy the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing iMIS EMS Enterprise Migration Plans.
  • Creating Websites using RiSE including member sites and staff sites.
  • Writing and documenting iMIS IQAs, Advanced Business Objects, and Advanced Process Automation Tasks.
  • Writing SSRS and iMIS EMS Report Writer reports.
  • Using iMIS Forms Builder to create custom RiSE forms.
  • Supporting clients running iMIS 2017 and/or iMIS EMS Enterprise, including advanced experience using the latest iMIS tools like RiSE, APA for alerts and automated tasks, iMIS email communications tools, and developing RiSE staff sites to meet client’s workflow and reporting needs as required.
  • Working with our project managers migrating iMIS systems to iMIS EMS Enterprise as well as implementing new iMIS systems or adding new features to existing systems.
  • Training clients remotely using Zoom.
  • You will be required to achieve and maintain your Certified iMIS Professional (CiP) designation from ASI.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

A successful candidate must be a self-starter working closely with the iMIS consulting team, learning through being mentored and attending ASI classes as well as self-study.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 years recent iMIS experience using iMIS 2017 and iMIS EMS Enterprise. Other AMS experience may be considered.
  • 3 years recent experience working with or working directly in/with associations.
  • Understanding of website management concepts.
  • Understanding of web programming languages; JavaScript (jQuery), HTML, and CSS.
  • Microsoft SQL experience.
  • Strong knowledge on how iMIS modules work including: Dues Billing and AutoPay, AR/Cash, Deferred Revenue, Events, Fundraising, Store Products, Certification.
  • Strong knowledge of the iMIS Database Structure.
  • Good troubleshooting and online research skills.
  • Must be able to organize your work tasks and schedule to stay on track to complete tasks successfully.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
  • Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.

Web Application Developer

Innovative and fast-paced technology company is seeking a Web Application Developer.

The Web Application Developer will work closely with customers, business analysts, and development team members to deliver feature-rich applications for both on-premise applications and applications in Microsoft Azure. They will build complex web applications that are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Custom Development – Develop custom applications for clients
  • Integrations – Develop integrations between custom applications and COTS, Test, & Install

Required Skills & Experience

Candidates need to have “full stack” web programming experience with the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and written skills
  • Expertise with JSON, XML, JQuery, AJAX, REST Services, Web API, Bootstrap
  • 5 years experience – C# / .NET Framework
  • ASP.NET (Web Forms)
  • Extremely fluent with HTML5 and CSS
  • MS SQL Server (MS SQL Server stored procedures, functions, views)
  • MS Azure Function experience is a plus

Position Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship or Green card required
  • Full-time position (no contract)
  • Salary Range: $80K – $120K depending on experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills
