ISG Radius Search Directory
Help visitors find the right provider, right where they are
Whether you're a medical association helping patients find specialists, a trade association connecting consumers with certified professionals, or a member organization promoting local businesses, your online directory is one of the most valuable resources on your website.
But searching long lists by state or ZIP code isn't the experience people expect anymore. With Radius Search Directory from ISG Solutions, visitors can instantly find providers and services near them, making your directory faster, easier, and far more useful.
How Radius Search Directory works
Radius Search integrates directly with iMIS and can be incorporated into your existing website. When a visitor accesses your directory from a desktop or mobile device, they can allow the site to use their current location or simply enter a ZIP code. They then choose a search radius from 1 to 100 miles. The directory returns matching providers, including:
- Organization or provider name
- Address and location
- Contact information
- Website link (if enabled by your association)
The experience is fast, intuitive, and familiar because it works the way people expect modern location searches to work.
Give members the visibility they deserve
Radius Search adds location-based search to your public iMIS member directory, allowing users to search within a specific distance of their location or any ZIP code they enter. Instead of scrolling through pages of results, visitors see the providers closest to them first.
The result is a better experience for everyone:
- Consumers find qualified providers more quickly
- Members receive greater visibility in local search results
- Your directory becomes a resource people return to again and again
