With Crowd Wisdom, members who buy a course in iMIS are enrolled automatically and can access it seamlessly. The integration keeps custom sync rules flexible and updates member activity as they progress through courses.
Cvent
For associations using Cvent, this integration ensures registrations in iMIS feed directly into Cvent. iMIS continues to own payments and member records while Cvent manages event execution.
VitalSource
When members purchase an ebook in your iMIS store, this tool generates an access code and makes the content available via VitalSource. It streamlines fulfillment and ensures members receive their digital content without delays.
Maritz
If you use Maritz for event management, this tool ensures member registrations flow between systems. Members can register in Maritz while iMIS captures registration details and maintains financial records.

Instant Access Utility
By using demographic data from membership applications, this utility automatically assigns new members to the correct category and access level. This ensures they immediately receive the benefits and pricing they qualify for, without staff manually recategorizing them.
Dynamic Security Group Refresh
iMIS updates security groups only once per day by default, which can delay new members’ access to benefits and pricing. This utility lets you refresh security groups more frequently – even immediately upon purchase – so members get access when they need it.
Relationship Manager
Give staff, chapters, or specific users the ability to add, update, or delete relationships in iMIS without changing core access. You control permissions through IQA or relationship roles, ensuring appropriate access while reducing administrative overhead.

FTP Utility
The FTP Utility runs an iMIS IQA, formats the data, and transfers it to a vendor’s FTP site on a schedule. It helps keep external systems, such as legislative tracking software or order fulfillment partners, updated with your latest member or order data without manual exports.
Crystal Reports Viewer
Keep using Crystal Reports with iMIS EMS On-Premise or older iMIS versions by rendering reports inside a RiSE iPart. This utility makes it easy to view existing Crystal Reports within your iMIS web interface without re-engineering them.

Lockbox Integration
This tool supports secure, cloud-compliant lockbox processing for dues in iMIS EMS. It automates the upload of lockbox files and processes payments directly into iMIS for faster reconciliation.
Enhanced SSO for iMIS
When a tool you use doesn’t have a native iMIS bridge or well-supported API, the Enhanced SSO utility securely passes information between iMIS and that product. It eliminates the need for custom code and makes it easier to integrate new tools now and adapt if requirements change later.
