iMIS TRAINING
Training your staff to use your iMIS system is one of the most important parts
of your iMIS implementation.
To make your iMIS training as effective as possible, ISG Solutions provides customized instruction:

We use a copy of your own member data, already converted for use into
your new iMIS software. Your employees see exactly how they will be using the system
in their day-to-day tasks.

We typically conduct iMIS training at your site using your installed
workstations as training stations. Your employees learn on the same machines that
they will use after the iMIS system goes live.

We conduct the instruction classroom style, including hands-on
exercises along with lectures, so everyone has plenty of time to practice and
get the feel of the iMIS system.

The content of the instruction is tailored specifically for your
organization, and designed to help your staff become thoroughly familiar with all
necessary operations of your iMIS software.

Students receive a knowledge base that permits them to continue
the learning process outside of the classroom.
Your iMIS training is carefully scheduled to coordinate with the installation
and implementation of your new iMIS system. Our goal is to minimize the time lapse between
the training and the use of the iMIS software, so that your employees are able to immediately
put what they have learned into practice.
After you have been running in production mode for a few months,
you may want ISG Solutions to conduct advanced training for your staff.
These classes are tailored to your specific needs and are designed to help your
staff become more efficient with specific tasks in iMIS.
Report-writing training
ISG also offers beginner, intermediate and advanced training in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting
Services (SSRS) and Crystal Reports.
iMIS accounting training
Specialized training courses are also available for iMIS accounting procedures,
including how to perform month-end accounting processes, reconciliations,
month-end procedures, refunds and adjustments in events and membership.
Training over the web or onsite
Our training can be administered over the web or in our offices in Rockville, MD.
