ISG Solutions offers comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuance services to help you get mission-critical functions back up and running fast.

Regular backups
Simply back up files as you normally do, and send us backup tapes on a regular schedule.

"Hot" data center
In case of a disaster, we use your backup tapes to restore your data and customized software to a "hot" server in our application hosting facility. Your staff will be able to work anywhere there is a connection to the Internet—in the office, from home, or from any temporary facility you choose.

Computers on loan
Should your computers be destroyed or inaccessible, we provide up to 15 notebook computers that are pre-configured to access your systems and data through our hosting facility.

Two months or more
In most cases, we can get you up and running in one day. Then you can stay in the hosting facility for up to two months at no additional charge. If you need more time, you can use the application hosting service as long as you need to at our regular low monthly rates.

Annual test
When you sign up for the disaster recovery service, and once a year thereafter, we perform a test restore to make sure backups are working properly and that the proper systems and procedures are in place.
