ISG Solutions' conference support service reduces database headaches at important meetings and conferences, and eliminates post-conference data entry.

Pre-load attendee data
Two weeks before your conference, we load your data and customized database software on a "hot" server in our application hosting facility. Loading the database two weeks early ensures that any possible glitches are worked out well before your conference. It also gives us the time to provide any training staffers may need on using the hosted applications.

Live registration information
At the conference, your on-site staff can log in over the Internet to do registrations, on-site sales, and any other meeting-related work. Since they are working from your primary database, which is current to the minute, all the information they need is right at their fingertips.

Everyone uses same system
Meanwhile, your office staff can use the same database for their ongoing work. We provide telephone support to both on-site and home office staff.

Relax for a week
When the conference is over, you can keep the database in the hosting facility for another week while your staff returns to the office or takes well-deserved vacations. Then we simply restore your database—with all your new data—to your regular in-house server.

No post-conference data entry or re-keying
Since everyone has been working in the same database, there are no synchronization problems. There is no post-event re-keying, and you retain access to all data collected at the conference.
