Membership Directory

Your membership directory is probably one of the most valuable services you offer. Your members need to know that they have access to the directory and will be included in it.

An online directory offers additional benefits to members. It is much easier to search for a particular member or vendor online, enhancing networking and providing additional revenue-generating opportunities to your members. Online directories can also be accessed anywhere—in the office, at home, or on the road.

The Membership Directory module provides a searchable online membership directory. Users can view a directory online, interactively search for association members, and view additional contact information for selected individuals.

Real-time iMIS integration ensures that the directory is always complete, accurate, and up-to-date. A specialized online form lets members define the profile information to be displayed.

Search shortcuts can be provided for common search requests. Advanced search allows queries on multiple search fields. The standard search fields are name, company, location, and area of speciality. The standard template also allows you to select three additional search fields.

Users may send e-mail to a selected member directly from the listing, and/or print contact information. However, access to an individual's information can be limited according to the association's rules.
