How does it work?
Your software runs over your internal network, just as it does now. Adding remote access gives your staff the ability to use the software on your network over the Internet. No matter where staff members are, they are able to use the applications they need just as if they were in the office.
There's no need to install a copy of the software on their laptop or home computer. That's because no processing takes place on the remote computer. The Citrix software ISG Solutions uses sends screen images to the remote computer, and returns mouse clicks and keystrokes.
