ISG Solutions Acquires Former Winstar ISP Facility
ISG's application hosting group expands to new data center
Rockville, MD (March 25, 2004) - ISG Solutions, a solution
provider that specializes in working with associations and other non-profits,
today announced the acquisition of a data center and hosting facility that
formerly belonged to the telecommunications firm Winstar Communications, Inc.
The data center is a state-of-the-art facility with fire suppression systems,
dual air conditioning, and a backup diesel generator. Multiple physical security
systems protect against unauthorized entry, and multiple T-1 lines ensure
Internet connectivity.
"This acquisition will allow us to expand our ASP hosting
services to our association clients," said Terrie Noonan, president of ISG Solutions.
"The demand for our application hosting services has been growing steadily, and
we were running out of space in our old facility."
