Phil Varady Promoted to Vice President of ISG Solutions

Rockville, MD (January 29, 2003) - ISG Solutions announced that
Philip Varady has been named Vice President of Consulting and ASP Services.
Varady, who was previously a senior manager with the company, will now be
responsible for managing the application hosting division, supervising all iMIS
implementation projects for the consulting group, and assisting the executive
vice president with business development efforts.
Varady has been with ISG Solutions since 1996, when he became the company's
eighth employee. Under his direction, the application hosting division has
tripled in size, making ISG Solutions the leading application service provider
(ASP) for the iMIS
association management software. As senior consultant, he successfully managed
many large-scale iMIS
implementations for clients. Prior to joining ISG Solutions, Varady was with
the National Tire Dealers and Retreaders Association for 11 years, rising from
the MIS Director to the Director of Finance and Computer Operations.
