We are looking for an experienced network systems engineer to join our ASP services group and provide daily operations support to our internal network as well as ASP hosting facility.

Responsibilities include:

Working with clients, other technical staff and developers to research, analyze, resolve, and respond to intermediate-to-complex problems.
Owning, managing, analyzing, and debugging complicated technical support issues.
Installing and upgrading hardware and software applications.

Requirements:

2+ years experience working in a network operations environment.
MS SQL Server Administration skills.
Strong internet and web technology skills (IIS, DNS, HTTP, FTP protocols, email).
Strong Windows networking technology skills.
CheckPoint administration experience.
Site to Site VPN Tunnels.
Linux administration.
Cisco switch configurations.
VMWare - GSX\ESX.
SAN administration.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to learn quickly.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high-pressure situation.
Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Desired but not required:

Experience with iMIS.
Experience working with associations or non-profits.
